Application for registration.—Every sponsor of a competition carrying on the sponsoring of a competition shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every code of conduct held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
