Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sponsor of a competition shall apply to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
