Application for registration.—Every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 20, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every road tax receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
