Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the job worker shall apply to the Appellate Authority in Form GSTR-9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
