Surrender of certificate.—Every aerodrome operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an aerodrome shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-7 of the manner in which every log book held by him has been disposed of.
