Surrender of certificate.—Every sharecropper who ceases to carry on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
