Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sharecropper shall apply to the State Government in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the State Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
