Maintenance of premises.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat shall keep the premises where the execution of works for a Panchayat is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every demand notice kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the execution of works for a Panchayat, and shall furnish to the Director of Panchayats in Form 6, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
