Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any institution accredited by the Council dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Haryana in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every mediated settlement then held; and the Government of Haryana shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
