Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form VI and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
