Intimation of change.—Every user of water shall intimate to the Dam Safety Authority, in Form G and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Dam Safety Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
