Clause 2, Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments (Donation receipt Control) Order, 2014 [SAF-B4N]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952 (Odisha Act 2 of 1952); (b) "contractor for a religious fair" means a person carrying on the conduct of a religious fair; (c) "donation receipt" means a donation receipt received, held or disposed of by a contractor for a religious fair in the course of the conduct of a religious fair; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
