Surrender of certificate.—Every principal employer who ceases to carry on the engagement of employees through an immediate employer shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Welfare Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every declaration form held by him has been disposed of.
