Fees.—The fee of two thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the District Registering Authority by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 29; and the District Registering Authority shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
