Application for registration.—Every advertising agency carrying on the business of an advertising agency shall make an application for registration to the Board of Film Certification in Form III, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every print line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
