Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963); (b) "street vendor" means a person carrying on street vending; (c) "sanitary certificate" means a sanitary certificate received, held or disposed of by a street vendor in the course of street vending; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
