Intimation of change.—Every social media intermediary shall intimate to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
