Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any social media intermediary dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every electronic record then held; and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
