Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the gratuity trust shall apply to the Board of Trustees in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Board of Trustees shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
