Periodical return.—Every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall furnish to the Excise Commissioner, within sixty days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of every cask received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
