Application for registration.—Every allottee of evacuee property carrying on the occupation of evacuee property shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form 3, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every possession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
