Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any allottee of evacuee property dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Competent Authority in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every interest in land then held; and the Competent Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
