Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a water supply scheme shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
