Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a water supply scheme shall carry on the operation of a water supply scheme only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every source of water in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such source of water for inspection on request by the Ground Water Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
