Clause 2, Delhi Excise (Consignment Control) Order, 2014 [SAE-BT4]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2009); (b) "wholesale vendor" means a person carrying on the wholesale vend of liquor; (c) "transport pass" means a transport pass received, held or disposed of by a wholesale vendor in the course of the wholesale vend of liquor; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
