Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form III, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every test report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
