Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a solar power plant who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every energy bill held by him has been disposed of.
