Intimation of change.—Every owner of a solar power plant shall intimate to the Central Commission, in Form V and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
