Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the Electoral Registration Officer, in Form 26 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Electoral Registration Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
