Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exempted establishment shall apply to the Recovery Officer in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Recovery Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
