Surrender of certificate.—Every exempted establishment who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a private provident fund shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recovery Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 10 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
