Application for registration.—Every exempted establishment carrying on the maintenance of a private provident fund shall make an application for registration to the Recovery Officer in Form 10, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
