Rule 30, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2014 [SAD-ZMT]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 2 not less than fifteen days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees; and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the annuity service provider within one hundred and twenty days of the renewal.
