Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered priest dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Maharashtra in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of deaths then held; and the Government of Maharashtra shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
