Surrender of certificate.—Every repairer of weights and measures who ceases to carry on the repair of weights and measures shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every measure held by him has been disposed of.
