Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer shall apply to the Export Inspection Council in Form FC-4 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Export Inspection Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
