Application for registration.—Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every trust held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
