Intimation of change.—Every authorised representative shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form 16 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
