Surrender of certificate.—Every distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of food shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every stock of foodgrains held by him has been disposed of.
