Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall intimate to the Commissioner of Police, in Form V and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
