Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor of a shooting range who ceases to carry on the running of a shooting range shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Police in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every pledge held by him has been disposed of.
