Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee director who ceases to carry on the representation of a shareholder on a board shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form PAS-3 of the manner in which every resolution held by him has been disposed of.
