Intimation of change.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall intimate to the Delimitation Commission, in Form 2A and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Delimitation Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
