Conditions of registration.—Every owner of premises used as a polling station shall carry on the use of premises as a polling station only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every electoral roll in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such electoral roll for inspection on request by the Booth Level Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
