Application for registration.—Every cloud service provider carrying on the provision of cloud computing services shall make an application for registration to the Data Protection Board in Form D, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every notice held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
