Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any flying training organisation dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every log book then held; and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
