Application for registration.—Every election agent carrying on the management of election expenses shall make an application for registration to the Delimitation Commission in Form 7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every advertisement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
