Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the management of election expenses is carried on, the particulars of every affidavit of a candidate held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form 26, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
