Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for catering who ceases to carry on the provision of catering on a railway shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every ticket held by him has been disposed of.
