Application for registration.—Every election agent carrying on the management of election expenses shall make an application for registration to the District Election Officer in Form 26, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every poster held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
